PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter for a steel pipe pile, fitted to a steel pipe pile from the side, and preventing a wire from being entangled with the steel pipe pile to attain very good work efficiency. SOLUTION: This cutter for a steel pipe pile includes: a support part 10 fitted to the steel pipe pile 40; a cutting part 20 placed on the support part 10 and having a cutting blade 22 moved along the outer wall of the steel pipe pile 40 to cut the steel pipe pile 40; and a driving device 30 for driving the cutting part 20.
