<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillatory linear motor, capable of absorbing an error between a driving system and a driven system and attaining size reduction, using a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: In this oscillatory linear motor 120, two oscillators 74, 75 are accommodated in the upper and the lower portions of a housing 122, and a shaft 78, inserted in both side surfaces of the housing 122, is sandwiched between the oscillators 74 and 75 in the housing to be driven so as to be advanced and retreated in a longitudinal direction. Spring engaging members 123-1, 123-2 are assembled so as to hold from the upper and lower portions of the housing 122, and supported by pull spiral springs 129-1, 129-2 with linked stop pins 126-1, 126-2 fulcrum. On one side, the oscillator 74 is supported to the lower portion via a pin member 115, and on the other side, the oscillator 75 is energized upward via the pin member 115, to bring the oscillators 74 and 75 into pressure contact with the shaft 78. A driving engagement pin 132, transversely protruded at one edge of the shaft 78 through a nut 131 is engaged with the driven body, to transmit the locomotive force. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
