PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure dispersing member not having fear that body pressure dispersibility due to a viscoelastic gel layer is obstructed or made non-uniform because the air pushed out from a soft foam layer does not penetrate in the viscoelastic gel layer at the time of pressing, having good appearance and produced with good productivity. SOLUTION: The viscoelastic gel layer 2 comprising a gel like viscoelastomer and the soft foam layer 3 comprising a soft foam are laminated through an air impermeable thin film layer 4 to form a laminate 5.
