PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent cutting processing part, by restraining the occurrence of cut powder and chips when cutting a polymer film. SOLUTION: Heating is performed before cutting so that the temperature T (an unit ;°C) of the polymer film 31 in cutting satisfies (Tg-90)≤T≤(Tg-30). This heating is performed by blowing hot air, and the hot air is blown upon both surfaces of the film 31 from a duct 41. The air from the duct 41 is controlled on the temperature and the air volume by a controller 43. Cutting is performed by a Gebel blade as a rotary shearing blade 46. A distance up to a cutting position by the rotary shearing blade 46 from a heating position P1 by the hot air, is set to 10 mm to 200 mm. Since there is no sticking of cut powder and chips in a product part 31b of the provided film 31, the edge of the product part 31b is formed as the excellent cutting processing part.
