摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garage door which enhances durability by reducing an opening/closing load on a gate. SOLUTION: When the door 5 ascends in a guide 13, a roller 29 bumps into a trigger 12. When the door 5 further ascends, a shaft 4a starts to rotate in the direction of an arrow W by making the roller 29 serve as the center of rotation, because the ascent of the shaft 4a is regulated by the trigger 12. Concurrently with the start of the rotation, in terms of a distance T between the roller 29 and the shaft 4a, the door 5 rotates by an angleαin the direction of the trigger 12 because the roller 29 ascends by a distance V in a sliding manner while rotating along an inclined plane 12a of the trigger 12. Though the door 5 and the door 5 are separated from each other via a gap 21 in the unrotated state of the door 5, the gap 21 is made smaller along with the rotation of the door.
