<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical device, particularly, a transplantable medical device coverable for minimizing or substantially eliminating specific biological vital reaction to the introduction of the medical device to an organism. <P>SOLUTION: This medical device treats fragile plaque of atherosclerosis. A stent structurally supports encapsulation of a specific fiber quality of a lesion of the fragile plaque by maintaining patency of a blood vessel.
