PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide various battery apparatuses with power switches in which costs of parts can be reduced while the freedom of design is enhanced, and at the same time, even the small consumption of the battery can be eliminated when an electrical circuit is turned off. SOLUTION: An electroscope 21 which is one of the battery apparatuses 11 is composed of a main body 22 which is formed to freely house one and more of the battery B, a negative pole contact point 54 which is contacted with the negative pole m of the battery B in the main body 22 with elasticity in the push-out direction, an electroscope circuit body 52 as an apparatus circuit body 12 which is installed in the main body 22 as a positive pole electrode plate 55 which reaches the positive pole p side of the battery B is independently installed at a detection circuit part 53, and a lid-state switching part 62 in which rotation within a prescribed range, and attachment and detachment are free to/from the main body 22 on the side where the positive pole p of the battery B is positioned, and on which a lid is put while the battery B is pushed down.
