PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor and its manufacturing method capable of adjusting easily a resistance value to a target value without trimming, and suppressing dispersion, concerning the sensor for measuring various loads, torques or the like. SOLUTION: Only a resistor is printed beforehand on a resin film, and then transcribed on a substrate 24, to thereby suppress printing dispersion caused by substrate 24 waviness or wiring 20, 21 irregularities. In addition, the absolute value of the resistance value can be easily adjusted to the target value by adjusting a transcription position on the substrate 24, to thereby manufacture the highly accurate load sensor at low cost.
