PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation device and an installation method for fastening a screw by surely and highly accurately installing a first part and a second part. SOLUTION: This installation device 1 fastens the screw to a screw hole via a hole by installing the first part 10 having the screw hole and the second part 20 having the hole. The device has a part holding part 2 for holding the second part, an installation part 3 for movably holding the first part and installing the first part in the second part, a screw fastening part 4 for holding the screw and fastened to the screw hole of the first part, and a screw guide part 5 for guiding a screw part of the screw so that the axis of the screw held in the screw fastening part is adjusted to the center of the hole of the second part.
