<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a solid dispersion which can provide simply and at a low cost a high quality product without the need of a roll kneading process or ion exchange process and which contributes to environmental friendliness and energy saving. <P>SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method for the solid dispersion wherein a functional compound is dispersed in a resin, the method comprises kneading a powdery functional compound and deionized water by gradual addition of the deionized (water); adding a resin, and if necessary, an additive into the obtained kneaded mixture; then heating/kneading the mixture in a vessel made to have an atmosphere at which the resin softens at the boiling point of the deionized water or lower, if necessary by sealing the vessel to render it into an autoclave, and dispersing the functional compound into the softened resin; and, while heating the obtained kneaded dispersion under ordinary pressure or reduced pressure, performing the kneading to distil off water. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
