The jumper has a jumper head with two current jumper paths (11,12), where the head and paths are insulated by an insulator. Each jumper path has socket guides (11a,12a), which are formed in a common chamber with aspect ratio of the jumper head. A series of socket guides is formed at distance that corresponds to a grid space of a socket holder of a clamp. The guides rotate in a free space with respect to an insulating core.
