The method involves generating payment card transactions between merchants and cardholders for a negative amount and/or a positive amount associated with the value of funds to be transferred, in response to an indication of transfer of funds received from one of the card holders. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) system for transferring funds between payment card holders; (2) software for performing fund transferring method; and (3) computer program product comprising computer readable medium storing fund transferring program.
