CLEANING AGENT FOR PVC SURFACES

The invention relates to an aqueous alkaline cleaning agent with the following composition: A) 2 to 30 wt. % of a compound which reacts in an aqueous medium in an alkaline manner; B) 1 to 30 wt. % of a complexing agent; C) 5 to 40 wt. % of a compound with at least one hydroxyl group; D) 1 to 15 wt. % of a surface-active agent based on fatty alcohols; E) 1 to 30 wt. % of a rinsing auxiliary agent, and; F) 0 to 8 wt. % of water-soluble colorants and builders. The cleaning agent is especially suited for cleaning PVC profiles before adhering decorative films thereon. The adherences are not only characterized by having high initial strengths but, above all, are characterized by their resistance to the effects of heat and climatic fluctuations.
