The device has a precut sheet made of a flat and semi-rigid material e.g. cardboard, so that a user folds and assembles the sheet for forming a spade, and a scraper (1). The scraper is detached from the sheet to move dog excrements in the spade. A part (4) has lateral tabs (4b, 4c) with lugs (B1, B2) introduced in notches (E2, E3) such that a notch (E1) is locked on an edge of the part for closing the spade to be thrown in dustbin.
