<p>A baking oven for flamb cake, pizza, baguette or similar has a housing (1) with feet (2), a door, a heat source (10) and a chimney (4). The housing encloses an upright motor-driven shaft (5). The rotating shaft has horizontal side arms supporting fireclay trays (20-23) located above the heat source (10). Each tray rotates about its own axis (24-27).
