PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method that can deliver an article that must be refrigerated as maintaining a predetermined refrigeration temperature higher than 0°C required at refrigerated delivery without using a complicated and costly dedicated refrigerated truck. SOLUTION: An article holder 11 comprising a block of insulating material with vertically passing article holding holes 12, articles 10 that must be refrigerated and first cold storage media 21 are precooled to a temperature in a refrigeration temperature range required at refrigerated delivery. After the precooling, the refrigerated articles 10 are stored in the article holding holes 12 of the article holder, and the article holder 11 and the first cold storage media 21 are stored in an insulated box 31 such that the first cold storage media 21 close the article holding holes 12 from both surfaces of the article holder 11. Second cold storage media 41 frozen below the temperatures of the refrigeration temperature range at refrigerated delivery are placed in the insulated box 31 when the refrigerated article is delivered.
