PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwater scooter capable of decreasing a burden of an operator, especially a burden accompanied with adjustment of navigation depth and a traveling direction. SOLUTION: The underwater scooter comprises a main frame 12 wherein a first air tank 33 and a second air tank 24 that are a riding portion of the operator are disposed; a depth adjusting mechanism 18 disposed ahead of the first and second air tanks 22, 24; and a steering mechanism 20 disposed behind the first and second air tanks 22, 24. The depth adjusting mechanism 18 can freely rock about a vertical shaft, and the rocking angle displacement of that is transmitted to the steering mechanism 20 by wires 132L, 132R, thereby rocking a rudder 116 about the vertical shaft.
