PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support tool for sanitarily, safely, and easily fixing a pot lid during cooking. SOLUTION: The support tool has a conical dish shape with a thin center part, including a V shape groove which is cut toward the center part of a circle so as to hold the knob of the lid of the pot and has an angle in a truncated chevron shape. The support tool is attached to a base or an arm onto a wall. The lid of the pot is turned upside down and the knob part of the lid of the pot is held at the V shape groove part.
