BRAKE BALANCE DEVICE, VEHICLE BRAKING SYSTEM AND A BRAKING METHOD FOR THE BRAKING SYSTEM

A brake balance device (38) in a braking system (10) of a vehicle to change the brake balance between at least one front wheel and at least a rear wheel of the vehicle comprising first and second chambers (40, 42) which are suitable to be interposed along a front circuit (16) and a rear circuit (18) of the braking system (10), respectively, said chambers defining volumes which may change mutually and inversely as a function of the pressure within the front circuits. The volume in the second chamber (42) is increased upon pressure increases (Pp) within the front circuit and the volume of the first chamber (40), thus changing the brake balance during braking. The brake balance device comprises adjusting means (72) operable by the driver allowing the brake balance (BB) to be adjusted during a braking action. Further, a braking system and a vehicle braking method in which two differently sized Master Cylinders are actuated with equal strokes are claimed.
