<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service level setting system and method, allowing determination of contract conditions such as an evaluation item of a service level, and a guarantee criterion or the like such that they become useful to both a service provider and a service user when setting the service level recorded in an SLA. <P>SOLUTION: Input of a service level item for realizing a demand is received to the demand of the service level of the service user inputted from a terminal from the service provider, and the contract conditions such as the guarantee criterion are estimated with respect to the service level item. Input of possibility/impossibility of realization of the contract conditions is received from the service provider, input of acceptance/rejection about the contract conditions decided by the service provider that they are realizable is received from the service level user, and the service level item and the contract conditions thereof decided by the service provider that they are realizable, and decided by the service user that they are accepted are decided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
