PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in wheels of conventional manual snow removing implements wherein there are ones hard to bolt-fasten, ones with weak wheel supports because of a cantilever type and hard to after-fit, ones located at the lower face of a bucket to interfere with snow removing work, and ones with frames and handles formed in a complicated manner to have difficulty in having convenient work and producing a snow removing implement with the wheels at a low cost. SOLUTION: In a snow removing implement body, a peripheral frame 2 of a synthetic resin bucket 1 manually used for snow removal, and a grip handle 3 installed at the rear part of the peripheral frame, are connected and integrated, and a plurality of right and left support parts formed by extending outer brackets 6 provided outside an axle 5 for installing wheels 4 rotatably, and inner brackets 7 provided inside the axle, upward to unite them are detachably installed at the right and left frames of the bucket.
