PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating body stably and certainly exhibiting good feeling such as gentle feeling and smooth feeling, and good resilient feeling even any kind and shape of substrate. SOLUTION: In the good feeling coating body having average deviation of surface average friction coefficient of 0.0025-0.0100, a priming silicone gel elastic layer and an overlaying elastic layer are formed on the substrate. As the overlaying elastic layer, an overlaying polyurethane elastic layer formed by coating and reacting an active hydrogen compound, an organic polyisocyanate and a filling agent or an overlaying elastic layer formed by coating and reacting silicone emulsion and a filling agent is preferable. As the priming silicone gel elastic layer, a priming silicone gel elastic layer formed by coating and reacting a vinyl group-containing organopolysiloxane and hydrogenpolysiloxane is preferable.
