PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information giving system capable of attracting more players, making contribution to the enhancement of an operating rate, and useful to a game parlor. SOLUTION: The system has a game medium dispensing means capable of executing game medium dispensing process by using a dispenser medium in which discriminating information of players is stored, a storage means storing information advantageous for the players, a notifying means given only to a specific player and giving the player the advantageous information, and a control means for specifying a game machine on which the specific player performs the game according to a game medium dispensing means on which the dispenser medium possessed by the given player is used and giving the advantageous information relating to the game machine on which the given player plays the game to the given player via a notifying means possessed by the given player, if the use result of the dispenser medium satisfies the predetermined condition by grasping the use condition of the dispenser medium.
