<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate deficiency of a coil coiled in accordance with the change of coiling tension caused by the variation in the coiling speed of wire rod fed with fixed coiling tension at the time of coiling the wire rod round a coiling core axis. <P>SOLUTION: The coiling device is composed of: a wire rod feeding part for feeding wire rod from a bobbin; a tension mechanism part for applying fixed coiling tension to the wire rod fed from the bobbin; a coiling part for coiling the wire rod with the fixed coiling tension applied round a coiling core axis rotating at a fixed speed; and a tension variation relaxation mechanism for relaxing the variation in the coiling tension of the wire rod at coiling. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
