<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a deterioration preventing agent that has excellent deterioration preventing effect on foods, cosmetics, or the like, can be used by a small added amount and shows high heat resistance and light resistance. <P>SOLUTION: (1) This deterioration preventing agent contains a water-insoluble antioxidant, a water-soluble antioxidant and an emulsifier; (2) the deterioration preventing agent contains a water-soluble antioxidant and carnosol and/or carnosic acid wherein the total amount of the carnosol and/or the carnosic acid is more than 4 % wt. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
