ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE GENERATING DEVICE AND ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic signature generating device that improves security by lowering a possibility that a third person performs an illegal act in generating an electronic signature.

SOLUTION: A control part 13 of this electronic signature generating device 1 performs the fingerprint authentication of a user who intends to generate an electronic signature, generates the electronic signature when the authentication is successful and performs fingerprint authentication even during generating the electronic signature. Consequently, it is possible to lower the possibility that the third person performs the illegal act at the time of generating the electronic signature, to therefore enhance security.
