PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply constituted viewer with which stereoscopic view can be attained, without limiting the direction of the user's posture, and to provide a booklet with the viewer attached. SOLUTION: The viewer is provided with a lighting window; a transmitted light guiding window arranged substantially facing a viewing window; a diffusion board connected with the rear edge of the lighting window through a ridge-fold line part behind the lighting window; and also, connected with the lower edge of the transmitted light guiding window through the valley-fold line part under the transmitted light guiding window; a right-side support board connected with the right edge of the lighting window via the ridge-fold line part on the right side of the lighting window; and also, connected with the right edge of the diffusion board via the valley-fold line part on the right side of the diffusion board; a left-side support board connected with the left edge of the lighting window through the ridge-fold line part on the left side of the lighting window; and also, connected with the left edge of the diffusion board via the valley-fold line part on the left side of the diffusion board; and an image arranged between the viewing window and the transmitted light guiding window, and the booklet is equipped with the viewer.
