PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize operation with high sterilizing effect for a long term simply at low running costs. SOLUTION: In a sterilizing device, a cylindrical casing 14 having the inlet 16 and outlet 17 of fluid to be treated accommodates a sterilization part 20 and a water activation part 1 for activating water. Preferably, the sterilization part is a metal ion generating part which generates at least one of copper ion and silver ion.
