The device has a monitoring equipment monitoring fuel existing in a fuel tank, and that a tank giver is merged into a circuit with a programmable microprocessor. A switch disconnects a machine to compare the amount of fuel stored in the tank with an allowed withdrawal amount of fuel. An alarm is resulted during exceeding of the fuel amounts in positive or negative region. The equipment has its own current supply with an accumulator.
