The device has a rubble and track cleaning unit mounted on a rail driving unit for two-way vehicles. A rolling brush serve as guidance for a suction cap (3) and supports the cleaning unit. The rolling brush is driven by hydraulic motors, and the cap has air ducts in the inner side to support cleaning work. A high pressure water nozzle (2) is provided for cleaning at a groove area.
