摘要 <p>The electronic module uses the interchange between mass and charge to transfer information and may comprise a circuit in the form of a network of conductor tracks (1) with information processing devices at the crossing points (2) of the network. The processing devices may be electrolytic capacitors or transistors have a liquid or gel in addition to normal doped and undoped regions. The liquid phase part of the devices contains micro or nano particle masses (3), e.g. iron particles, able to move between the conductive paths of the network. Independent claims are included for : (1) a network for processing and forwarding information; (2) electrolytic capacitors with electrolytes containing micro or nano particles; (3) a semiconductor component including a liquid phase containing micro or nano particles; (4) a transistor including a liquid phase, such as a gel, containing micro or nano particles; and (5) an information processing apparatus comprising a network of charge transporting components combined with microscopically small, mobile particles, using the charge-mass reciprocal effect.</p>
