<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test subject action confirmation system which can confirm whether or not test subjects took medicines according to protocols. <P>SOLUTION: A terminal device 20 and a server computer 10 transmit and receive information between them. The terminal device 20 is provided to each test subject, and transmits a test subject identification code S1 through test subject operations. The server computer 10 receives the test subject identification code S1, and transmits instruction information S2 that which medicine should be taken from the group of medicines preprovided to the test subjects.
