<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage personal data anonymously, and protect personal information without encrypting the personal data to be housed. <P>SOLUTION: A system is so structured that a purchase history is collected by an anonymous ID, and a member card or a response of a proxy server is required for operation associating the anonymous ID with a personal ID. The personal data itself is not encrypted and is housed in plane text with the personal ID and anonymous ID as a key, and the anonymous ID is updated every time the anonymous ID is associated with the personal ID on a server side.
