<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of supporting the job hunting of a job hunter by using a carrier matching system for processing the matching between a situation desired by the job hunter which is obtained by analyzing the carrier of the job hunter and a situation desired by the job-hunter. <P>SOLUTION: The carrier matching system has; a carrier analysis means 1 for analyzing carriers of job hunters; a job hunter information register means 1a for registering job hunting information consisting of carrier codes of situations desired by job hunters, personal information, and management information; a job offer information register means 2 for registering job offer information consisting of carrier codes of situations desired by the jon hunters, and job offerer information; a matching means 3 which performs matching processing between job hunting information and job offer information by carrier codes to obtain matching information, an information storage means 4, an information storage place 5, and a distribution means 6 which provides matching information to job hunters.
