<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of effectively removing moisture generated at a cathode through a separator. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell comprises an electrolyte layer 122, the cathode 126, a gas diffusion layer 140, and the separator 160. The separator includes a porous part 162 having a convex part 162a facing the gas diffusion layer 140.
