<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which is a means for preventing the leachability of a capsule with the passage of time from going bad without losing the desirable feature of the capsule, which can be changed at any stage in the middle of development of pharmaceuticals or after starting the sales of it, and which is more simple and effective than a conventional technique capsule. <P>SOLUTION: In a sealed or air-tight container and a method of reserving the capsule, the capsule containing gelatin in a coating is enclosed in the sealed or airtight container, filling materials of the capsule is a substance containing an aldehydic group or a substance which generates the aldehydic group with the passage of time, and the oxygen concentration in the space in which the capsule is housed is made lower than that in the atmosphere. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
