PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a low cost by simplifying the structure of a rotary type timer filling apparatus 14. SOLUTION: Liquid valve opening/closing means (mechanical valves) 62 are disposed on a rotor 35 at regular intervals in the circumferential direction. Upon switched to the air open side by an opening cam 66, each mechanical valve 62 releases air from an external air supply source by feeding it to a liquid valve 52 located downstream, and then starts a filling operation for a liquid. Upon switched to the air close side by a closing cam 68, the liquid valve 52 is closed and the filling operation ends. The closing cam 68 has a downstream fixing cam 76 and upstream movable cams 78 and 80. The mechanical valves 62 are closed by the fixing cam 76 at a regular operating speed. When the operating speed is low, either the movable cam 78 or 80 in a position corresponding to the mechanical valve 62 is advanced at a point in time that timer 84 has counted a predetermined elapse of time, and then the mechanical valve 62 is switched to end the filling operation.
