PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper arm made of resin equipped with a coupling member to couple the wiper with a link mechanism on the drive motor side, in which the coupling member is fixed to the resin structure of the wiper arm with a high fixing strength, capable of precluding slipping-out and rotation certainly and assuring easy manufacture and a high durability. SOLUTION: The coupling part 3 of the wiper arm 1 made of resin has a ring member 10, which is embedded in the resin part 6 and furnished with a plurality of recesses 12. The recesses 12 are filled with resin, and the ring member 10 is fixed certainly in the resin part 6 so that it 10 does not slip out or rotate.
