发明名称 OPTIMIZATION METHOD FOR INTENSIFYING RUPTURE STRENGTH IN SPOT WELD ZONE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the rupture of a spot weld zone during impact of an arbitrary member, to optimize a deformation buckling mode, and to improve the absorption of impact energy by calculating one or more kinds of the width, board thickness, material strength and a nugget diameter of the spot weld zone to maximize the rupture strength in the weld zone of the member during impact deformation. SOLUTION: A data base is formed by calculating the rupture threshold load of the spot weld zone in the cross tension and/or shear tension based on the required one among the material strength of a test piece in a cross tension test and/or shear tension test, the board thickness, the nugget diameter of spot welding, the board width of a joint, the maximum load at the rupture, and the rotary angle of the joint of a tension test and one or more among the width, board thickness, material strength and nugget diameter of the spot weld zone are determined so as to maximize the rupture threshold load in the spot weld zone of the arbitrary member based on the above data base.
