PROTECTIVE PIPE MOUNTING METHOD ON HOLLOW FIBER BUNDLE, AND ITS APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a hollow fiber from being damaged and being contaminated with impurities and various germs when the hollow fiber bundle is inserted into a protective pipe and prevent the hollow fiber from being broken or damaged due to a load applied on a hollow fiber when the hollow fiber bundle is inserted into the protective pipe. SOLUTION: The protective pipe mounting method on the hollow fiber bundle comprises the steps of winding the hollow fiber two or more times on a rotating two point reel to make it the fiber bundle form, then grasping both the ends of the hollow fiber wound on the reel using the grasping member, removing the two point reel and subsequently inserting the hollow fiber bundle so that it becomes smaller than the inner diameter of the protective pipe using a shaping tool while forming it into a circular shape and applying a fixed tension to the longitudinal direction of the hollow fiber bundle.
