PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system capable of visualizing a state to which information belongs, such as questions or answers input from users via a network.

SOLUTION: The information processing system preferably determines (1) in which step of a business process and (2) in which step of a problem solution step the information of the questions and answers transmitted/received among users via the network are made, and further visualizes (3) the quantity and quality of the information such as a specified user's question and answer and (4) the person to whom the question or answer is made.
