<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable chirp signal generator having proper linearity of frequency characteristics at low cost, by suppressing changes in amplitude within a pulse. <P>SOLUTION: This chirp signal generator is adapted to modulate microwaves, oscillated from an oscillator with a chirp source signal, obtained by converting digital chirp signal waveform data to an analog signal followed by amplifying to form a transmitting signal. In this device, a real transmission signal is compared with a preset transmission signal to correct the digital chirp signal waveform data, as to calculate the transmission output to be constant at all times. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
