PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for preventing outflow of contaminated dust and contaminated water from a drain funnel, having a simple structure, post-mountable on an existing pipe, capable of draining surely water flowing into the drain funnel, and of surely stopping the contaminated dust or the contaminated water flowing out from inside the drain funnel, concerning the device for preventing outflowing of the contaminated dust or the contaminated water from the drain funnel installed on the floor of the housing of a nuclear power plant, an RI facility or the like. SOLUTION: A funnel pipe fixed on the bottom part of the drain funnel 1 is equipped with an insertable/extractable cylindrical inner housing 2, and the inner housing 2 has a shutoff valve 3 on the bottom part, installed via a hinge 4 with a spring energizing so as to always shut the bottom part of the inner housing.
