PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage cooling and pouring device capable of continuous cooling operation wherein a compressor protective device is not activated even under a high load condition during an initial pull down. SOLUTION: The beverage cooling and pouring device comprises an overload detecting means for detecting that a compressor 5 is in an overloaded state, an overload determining means for judging that the compressor 5 is in the overloaded state by the overload detecting means, and an agitation motor control means for lowering rotation of an agitation motor 11 when there is an overloaded state.
