PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily attach and detach a cylinder lock to and from a lock mounting part without using a tool for fastening a nut, caulking, or the like. SOLUTION: The cylinder lock is provided with an outer cylinder 3 with a flange part 2 formed at the head; an inner cylinder 4 rotatably insert-fitted into the outer cylinder 3; a latch 5 fixed to the rear part of the inner cylinder 4; and fasteners 8 fitted to the outer cylinder 3 and provided with a plurality of stopper spring pieces 6 connected facing one another and opened slightly outward. Each fastener 8 is provided with a mounting frame part 7 formed in half-divided annular shape to be locked to fixing means 9 provided at the outer cylinder 3 after holding the outer cylinder 3 from both sides with two fasteners 8. The fixing means 9 are formed of triangular slant face shaped protrusions 12 protrusively provided as a vertical pair in laterally symmetric positions of the outer cylinder 3 so as to be engaged with a lateral pair of square holes 13 formed at mutually opposed side face parts at both ends of the mounting frame parts 7.
