PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a drying operation time and to efficiently carry out a drying operation by monitoring indoor humidity thereby predicting the finish time of the drying operation. SOLUTION: After the lapse of twenty five minutes from the start of the drying operation, a ventilator is halted for three minutes to measure then the rising value D of humidity. When the rising value D is larger than a prescribed value, the finish time of the drying operation is predicted according to the value of the rising value D, and the drying operation is continued to the finish time of the drying operation predicted by operating the ventilator.
