<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent image forming device having a high productivity and capable of suppressing color variations in the images from the first image to the last one over a large range of environments when repeatedly forming many images. <P>SOLUTION: This image forming device has a rotatable electrophotographic photoreceptor, and a pre-exposing means, a charging means, a latent image forming means, a development means, a transfer means provided around this electrophotographic photoreceptor, and discharges the statics on the surface of the electrophotographic photoreceptor by the above pre-exposing means, and electrostatic charges its surface by the above charging means simultaneously by rotating it before forming a latent image with the above latent image forming means. Further, it uses a control means which controls the revolution of the electrophotographic photoreceptor when discharging and charging its surface, by using an organic photoreceptor having an intermediate layer mainly made of resin for the above photoreceptor, and a detection means to detect the surrounding temperature and/or humidity of the above photoreceptor, following the temperature and/or humidity information sensed by the sensing means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
