PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital camera capable of completing preview in a short time. SOLUTION: The digital camera 1 can execute photographing and displaying a preview image prior to main photographing. If any one of a focal point, a focal distance and a diaphragm value is changed during the preview display, the digital camera 1 reexecutes the photographing and display of the preview image. On the contrary, if a shutter speed or exposure correction is changed during the preview display, the digital camera 1 switches the preview display to live view display.
