PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger comprising flat tubes using a brazing sheet and corrugated fins that is reliable in holding brazing material securely in seams of the tubes. SOLUTION: Both edges of a strip metal sheet overlap at an arc bend 3 formed on one width side of the flat tube 4. The overlap forms a first bend 3a and a second bend 3b. The edge 10 of the second bend 3b is spaced from a flat portion 2 at least twice the thickness of the strip metal sheet in a thickness direction of the flat tube 4. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
