PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the biting accident of a differential screw without the occurrence of the bending moment in the screw during lock-up and operation by intersecting the axes of the screw and a lock bolt. SOLUTION: A die lip adjusting device is composed of a frame (4A), a thermal insulation rod (2), a nut (8), a nut carrier (9), a lock bolt carrier (11), and the differential screw (7) or one or two lock bolts (10). By intersecting the axes of the differential screw (7) and the lock bolt (10), during the lock-up and the operation, the bending moment does not occur in the differential screw (7), and the biting accident of the differential screw (7) is reduced.
